I don't made this tab, just found it in a forum somewhere.
 
It works fine to me. However, there's a line (the 9th one) played like 1 octave higher. I guess the author did that for reasons. You may want to try to make it lower or play with the pulse and speed to armonise the change.
 
I tried it in 8, 12 and 14 holes harmonicas. Played in a 16 larry adler Hohner, I found that you may want to play it one octave higher (ie hole 4 instead of 1, etc...).
